Our 20-year warranty
Every piece we make is built to last, and our warranty covers the furniture itself — not just the fittings. Here is exactly what's included.

| LED lighting We use Häfele Loox lighting, covered by Häfele's own guarantee | 7 years (manufacturer's guarantee) |
How it works
- Your warranty starts on the day installation is completed, once the final payment has been made.
- If something goes wrong, contact us at janosfurniture@gmail.com or +44 7833 712268 with a description and a photo. We'll arrange to inspect it and repair or replace the faulty part.
- The warranty covers the customer who placed the order.
What isn't covered
- Normal wear and tear, and accidental damage such as chips, dents and scratches.
- Damage from water, damp, heat or fire.
- Fading or colour change from prolonged direct sunlight.
- Misuse or overloading, for example standing on drawers or shelves.
- Movement or settlement of the building.
- Furniture that has been altered, moved or repaired by anyone other than us.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which are not affected.
