Hi, I'm Janos. I've spent 15 years working in high-end furniture, and now I design, make and fit bespoke furniture for homes across Hertfordshire and North West London, from my base in Watford.
Those years on high-end projects taught me that the difference is in the details: doors that line up perfectly, drawers that run smoothly, and storage that fits the room as if it had always been there. That's the standard I bring to every job, whether it's a single alcove bookcase or a full kitchen.
No two homes are the same, so nothing I make comes from a catalogue. Every piece is designed around your space and the way you live — sloping ceilings, awkward corners and the space under the stairs included — and finished in the colour and style you choose, from classic shaker to sleek handleless.
I keep things simple and honest: prices published on this website, a clear quote before any work starts, delivery and installation included, and a 20-year warranty because I build furniture to last.
How I work
- Free design visit — I measure your space and talk through how you want to use it, then you get a design and a clear quote. No charge, no obligation.
- Materials — Egger MFC in a wide range of wood-grain and colour finishes, and spray-painted MDF in any colour you choose.
- Lead time — usually 4 to 8 weeks from deposit to installation, depending on the materials and the project.
- Installation — a typical 3-door hinged wardrobe takes about 2 days to fit; I'll tell you exactly how long before we start.
- Payment — 60% deposit when you approve the design, to order your materials; the remaining 40% on the last day of installation.
- Tidy fitting — floors, bed and furniture are protected while I work, and the room is left just as I found it.
- Warranty — 20 years on the furniture itself and my workmanship, plus Blum's lifetime guarantee on hinges and runners. See what's covered.
